Cooper Law Firm, LLC was formed in April of 2002 by our C.E.O. Barry J. Cooper, Jr. for the distinct purpose of protecting the legal rights of U.S. Citizens from consumer fraud and abuse, estate planning, and wealth management services.

Since that time, Cooper Law Firm, LLC has branched out through cooperative coalitions with some of the best and brightest attorneys, forensic accountants, and IT specialists, amongst others, to be able to effectively expand its range of practice. In January of 2018, Cooper Law Firm has expanded its practice areas to include:  class actions, defective medical devices, environmental law, multi-district litigation (MDL), pharmaceutical litigation, professional liability/mal-practice, and toxic torts. It is the goal of this firm to be able to carefully assist clients with not only the modestly simple legal transaction but also everything up to a highly complicated civil litigation requiring not only complex trial skills but the financial resources to successfully litigate on behalf of those harmed in a variety of forms.
